4 Angle Grinder
The electric powered right angle grinders can be ac powered right out of the wall or with a battery pack. Both of these use a power supply that is constant and steady if a speed fluctuation is needed to be kept at a minimum. Both types are light weight and the battery powered grinder is very versatile in the movements it allows without have to drag a cord around. The battery grinder's limitation is the length of time it can be used until a recharge is needed.
The pneumatic is powered by a strong air supply. This power source allows for the grinder itself to remain sufficient power while still being package as a small device. The tank and regulator can help keep the pressure constant but there is some variation in the speed because of this. On humid days, the trap must be constantly drained or moisture could enter the grinding tool and cause damage.
The grinders that are powered by an internal combustion engine are well known for their use by rescue workers. This is when pure power is needed that must be flexible and portable. These are 2 hand units that deliver a considerable amount of power but make an extreme amount of noise and cannot be used in confined areas because of the fumes given off by the power source.
All of these right angle grinders have multiple uses and can make working with metal easier to complete the task at hand faster than by hand.
